BLUE SKY BEAUTY CUSTOMER LIASON

We are currently seeking a Customer Liaison. This management position is for those individuals with the passion to drive the business independently with the ability to manage our website, social media channels and support our clients with exemplary customer service and sales ability.

REQUIRED

Strong customer care background with the ability to solve customer issues in a pro-active, customer-centric way. You will be required to answer the phone, take orders from salons, stylists and sales associates and communicate with vendors regarding orders, shipping and deliveries.

​

Applicants must have a strong sales background with the skills to introduce existing and prospective clients to our portfolio of brands with our signature "white glove" service, in a professional manner with an emphasis on the customer experience. No "cold calling" required.

​

Applicants must have a working knowledge on how to manage, update and maintain all social media channels and update and work our web designer to maintain website.

​

Salary

This position will start remotely for 3 days per week for a probationary period of 3 months in which the applicant will be paid $25/hour. After 3 months, this position will become salaried (to be negotiated) and move into our new facility located in Islandia. 

​

Hours

Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm

Friday 9am-1pm

Saturday + Sunday Off
